This is the smallest air pump you will find, a single charge (30 mins) provides enough air to inflate 2-3 road bicycle tires depending on the pressure required see performance below. The inflation time for 0 – 80 PSI is 60 seconds. If it’s just a routine top up inflation will be faster than this.

The on/off switch is on the front of the pump shown in the image to the left. Press once to wake, the light will glow green. Specify pressure using up and down arrow keys, auto shut off. The pump has gone through rigorous testing and has CE, FCC and UKCA approvals.

If you plan on inflating Car / Scooter / Motorcycle tires which require a lot more air than bicycle tires we recommend Version 3.0 which includes a specific Presta hose and various other changes to design & functionality.

Why not just use CO2?

The Smart-Pump is reusable, unlike CO2 canisters which are disposable therefore it is more cost effective over the longer term. CO2 inflated tires also lose pressure faster than those inflated with air.

Can I travel with it?

This is something we get asked a lot and the answer is yes. But most airlines require it to be stored in hand luggage.

Does it work with Presta Valves?

Yes, it’s compatible with both Presta and Schrader. You can easily adapt the fitting then leave it set up for whichever is preferred.

Can it be used with Cars?

This model is not for use with cars, if you would like to use with cars check out Version 3.0 which is fully compatible with Car, 4WD & Motorbike tires – it is heavy duty and robust with an increased battery to allow for inflation of larger objects.
